Canadian Rates displays publicly-published posted and discounted mortgage rates from major Canadian lenders. Both rates come directly from each lender's public rates page; we don't estimate or apply a haircut. We update daily.

Guides on this site are written by the Canadian Rates editorial team. Content is researched against primary sources (Bank of Canada, OSFI, CMHC, lender rate sheets), drafted, edited, and reviewed before publication. We do not publish ghostwritten content under fictional bylines, and we don't claim credentials we don't have.
