Canadian Rates earns a commission when you apply for a mortgage through some of the "Apply →" or "Get this rate →" links on this site. These are affiliate links. When a visitor clicks through and is approved by the lender, we receive a referral fee at no cost to the visitor.

Affiliate compensation does not influence the rates we display or the order in which lenders are ranked. We rank by lowest discounted rate (or posted rate when no discount is published), regardless of whether a lender pays us a commission. Lenders without an affiliate program are still included.
